Air conditioner - Your comfort is served by a custom-controlled air conditioner in the room. When the doors and windows are open, the air conditioner will automatically turn off. In order to ensure this is effective, please keep the balcony doors closed.

Bed linen – You can make your request ath the reception.
Check-out - You can use your room until 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. If you would like to continue using the room, please contact the reception.
Clothing - We kindly ask our guests to visit the bistro and the wine bar in proper attire at dinner time. Please do not wear leisure clothes or shorts.
Cosmetic products - Shower gel, shampoo, lotion, shower cap and toilet set prepared in the bathroom, and paper cosmetic cloth is located in the closet. Please make further requests at reception.
„Do not disturb” / „Cleaning required” - If you do not want to be disturbed, please hang the sign "Please, do not disturb" from the outside on the door handle. If you're asking for cleaning, use the "Please, make up my room" door handle.
Estate tour, wine tasting, vineyard tour – For more information about the programs please contact our reception.
Fire - In case of fire, please call reception immediately (dial 420# ) and follow the escape route on the room door.
Gate closing - Please let us know at the reception if you return to the Property after 22.00. Our colleagues will inform you about the opening of the main gate.
Hiking - About the possibilities of the area and hiking routes contact our reception.
Internet - Wireless internet is available in the rooms and visitor centre, free of charge. You can find the password on the key card holder or ask for it at reception!
Luggage retention - You can request luggage retention at the reception.
Minibar - Our colleagues fill the minibar every day. Please note that all broken glass will be billed. Please indicate your consumption at the reception upon departure.
Parking - The guest parking spaces are located next to the accommodation buildings, their use is free of charge.
Pets - Unfortunately pets are not allowed at the Estate.
Phone - It is not possible to make and receive external calls directly from the rooms. The extensions are connected through the reception. You can dial a room by entering the room number.

Repair - Please let us know at the reception if something in the room needs to be repaired.
Restaurant - Breakfast 7.00-10.00. Opening hours Bistro: Monday - Sunday: 12.00 - 22.00, Wine Bar: Sunday - Thursday: 10.00 - 22.00 Friday - Saturday: 10.00 - 24.00. If you start early, you can have a cold package instead of breakfast. Please contact the reception by 7 p.m. the day before departure. The cold package is provided free of charge instead of breakfast.
Room key - The rooms open with a magnetic card. Please do not store the card near your mobile phone.
Safe - You have your own room safe to store your valuables and money. In case of a problem, please contact reception. We are not responsible for the valuables stored outside the safe.
Safety regulation- Please close the room door when you leave the room and when you go to sleep. In the interior and exterior of the visitor centre, in the outer area of the accommodation buildings, there is a surveillance camera system. Further detailed information on this can be found at the reception.
Slippers – Prepared in your closet.
Smoking - Our rooms are non-smoking. You can ask for more information about the designated places for smoking at the reception.
Wakening - You can ask reception for a wake-up call.
Wines and sparkling wines - During opening hours you can taste the wines of the Kreinbacher Estate in the bistro and wine bar, we also take care of the in-room preparation on request – please inquire at the reception. We are also organizing guided property visits and wine tasting programs. If you want to shop, contact reception.
