Gourmet weekend on the Estate

a weekend in the spirit of  budapest Gourmet festival!

This year, the successful Gourmet Festival will be organised again, which focuses on the commodities of "mangalica" pork and strawberry.

This theme inspired us as well, therefore we prepare with special menu offers in Somló between 19-20th of May - starring with "mangalica" pork and strawberry.

Half-board dinner in the spirit of Gourmet Festival (On Saturday 20.05.):

• Pork terrine | refreshing salad
• Baked potatoe velouté | duck liver
• Sea-trout | white asparagus | Hollandaise
• Mangalica pork chops | "glasszírozott" vegetables | jus with thyme
• Strawberry parfait | basil | „milk risotto"
